Mr. Loh-Mensah is a passionate advocate for Ghanaian seafarers and serves as the President of the Seafarer’s Centre of Ghana. With a strong commitment to the welfare and rights of seafarers, he actively works towards ensuring their well-being and promoting their interests.

Having graduated as a Pre-sea deck cadet from the Regional Maritime Academy in 2001, Mr. Loh-Mensah embarked on a successful career at sea. Throughout his professional journey, he has sailed with esteemed companies such as VROON Offshore UK, Island Offshore Norway, Edison Chouest in America, and Bourbon Offshore of France, among others. His dedication and expertise allowed him to rise through the ranks, ultimately attaining the esteemed positions of Chief Officer and Senior Dynamic Positioning Officer.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Loh-Mensah is a devoted family man, residing with his loved ones in Lashibi, Accra. His strong sense of family values aligns with his dedication to the well-being of seafarers, reflecting his compassion and commitment to making a positive impact in the maritime community.
